This month I added a variation to one of my signature recipes: Peanut Butter Nerds. The recipe for this delectable candy treat gained notoriety when it was featured in California's third largest newspaper, the Sacramento Bee. While the original recipe yielded delicious results, it took considerable effort to complete the many steps involved (see step-by-step recipe pictorial). There needed to be a quicker method...

I am happy to introduce a quick and easy recipe for Nerds (variation 2). Instead of making individual candies, the new recipe puts the same ingredients into a baking dish. The results are just as tasty and very quick to prepare.
