Quick
Odorless Salmon Place a salmon fillet large enough to serve two people on a microwave-safe plate coated with cooking oil spray (Pam for example). The oil will prevent the fillet's skin from sticking to the plate. Sprinkle the top of the fish with paprika; add a little salt if you desire. Wet a double layer of paper towel and wring out most of the water. Place the moist towel on top of the salmon fillet. Cook on high for 3 to 5 minutes. Check the fish after the first 3 minutes for a flaky tenderness. Add cooking time one minute at a time until cooked to your satisfaction. Cooking times depend on the thickness of the fish and power of the microwave oven. Add tartar sauce, lemon
or whatever other seasonings you desire. |
